Digital Products (Templates & Assets) Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made and the download link has been generated, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We encourage you to check the product preview images and description carefully before purchasing.
Services (Custom Design & Marketing) For custom services, cancellations are accepted only if the work has not yet commenced or as stated in the contract. Once our team has started the design process, no refunds will be issued.
Exceptions We may consider a refund only if there is a verified technical issue with the file that prevents you from downloading or using it, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 48 hours.
In any case of refund , the refund will be generated only in the account through which payment was done.
